LOROL ( London Overground Rail Operations Limited ) is an exciting new rail concession working in harmony with TFL operating services around the North London line, Watford DC route and associated branches. We are also in the process of preparing to open the brand new East London line late 2009.

The post of Train Crew Manager based at Euston has arisen reporting directly to the Head of Drivers. The role is challenging dealing with day to day management of 90 drivers based at Euston and Stratford but also responsible for all performance and safety issues appertaining to the depots.

Applicants should to have previous knowledge of driver management, safety management systems, be a good communicator and an ability and willingness to deliver under pressure and drive the business forward. Good people skills and a methodical approach is essential. Driver competent would be preferable but not essential.
