LOROL propose to establish a Passenger Board to improve two-way communication with our passenger community on matters such as railway operations, stations, and customer service issues.
We’re looking for 12 passenger representatives who reflect the diversity of the community which we support, and who have an interest in the operation of the London Overground railway with views which would be relevant and mutually beneficial.
The aims of the Board would be -
- For LOROL to provide information and updates on progress with station, infrastructure and rolling stock investments and improvements
- For LOROL to update and consult on the timetable development process
- For passenger representatives to provide feedback/raise issues on our service quality and standards
The Board will meet at least twice a year however a suitable frequency will be discussed at the first meeting. Meetings will last approximately 2 hours and the first meeting is scheduled for 2-4pm on Friday 23rd May 2008
